MALTHOUSE LOFTS
Located in Milwaukee's Brewery District—a vibrant area steeped in the city’s renowned beer-making heritage and surrounded by historic architecture, popular restaurants, bars, and attractions—Malthouse Lofts is a modern residential project with deep roots. Housed within the historic Pabst Brewery, the development exemplifies a seamless blend of preservation and innovation. I had the privilege of collaborating with a historic architectural preservation studio on this transformative project. As their strategic partner, I led the creation of the brand identity, marketing materials, and overall design strategy. Drawing on my Midwest roots, it was an honor to contribute to a landmark that celebrates both the district's storied past and its future potential. The marketing components I developed were inspired by the unique character of the site and its rich history, grounding the brand in its legacy while crafting a forward-looking vision.
