I love pizza. Who doesn't?! I do try to eat it at least once a week and have no shame in saying so. I love all styles and toppings. Yes, even Hawaiian. I tend to circle back to thin crust more often, and classic flavors such as Margarita that you can never go wrong with. I'm not sure what it is about this simple, minimal ingredient pie, but it hits on all flavor notes and I always feel satisfied. More than just a means to fill up, you get a sense of history, craftsmanship, skill and fusion in every bite. Yep. Fusion. The bread, the sauce, the cheese, the basil all come together to meld into this perfect harmony of sensations and gastronomic joy.
